Clarity Session
One focused session to frame the problem and define immediate next moves.
Small, hands-on AI operating partner
We work with executive leaders and delivery teams across two connected stages: AI ambition and operating model, and AI agent operating systems.
Two stages
They’re not clear what AI is really for, or they’re shipping agents without a system to run them safely.
Figure out what AI is actually for in your business. Clarify the opportunities worth pursuing, how the case holds up, what changes for people and skills, and how the operating model needs to shift. This is for exec teams and strategy leaders.

Read moreHow the stages connect
Stage 1 aligns leaders on what to unlock with AI, where value comes from, and what must change in people and structure. Stage 2 works with the teams who have to make it real — designing the agent operating system so agents actually execute that direction under control.
Decide the ambition, value, and operating model shifts.
Design the agent OS: roles, constraints, runtime, observability.
Support the teams doing the work so it runs in production, not just in slides.
Stage 1
For executive and strategy leaders who need a real case for AI, not another demo.
Which AI bets are worth making.
How value will show up and how to justify it.
Where you need more capacity, new roles, and new skills.
Decisions, workflows, governance, and structure that must change.
Outcome
You leave with a clear view of what AI should unlock, what it means for people and skills, and what has to change in the operating model before you ask teams to execute.
How we work with you
We work in short, focused sessions with exec and cross-functional leaders. When it helps, we may use Anchord — a separate beta decision-facilitation and orchestration product we’re building — to structure discussions, surface trade-offs, and capture decisions and actions. It’s optional and only used where it clearly supports the work.
Stage 2
For architecture, platform, and delivery teams who need agents to work in production.
What each agent is for and what it never does.
How agent logic and tools are versioned, tested, and shipped.
Guardrails, approvals, escalation paths, and human-in-the-loop.
Logging, tracing, auditability, and evaluation of agent behavior.
Outcome
You leave with a first version of your AI agent operating system — a governed, production-ready way to run agents, not just another prototype.
Engagement model
We work in small, outcome-driven blocks that respect executive time and help teams move faster.
One focused session to frame the problem and define immediate next moves.
A half-day with leaders and key team members to align on trade-offs and direction.
A short, contained sprint to produce a concrete design or recommendation.
Contact
If you’re still working out what AI is for in your organization, start with Stage 1. If you already know and need to get agents running safely in production, start with Stage 2.
